| After 20 rewarding years of working in the medical profession as a Registered Nurse, I decided to switch gears and go into real estate. The organizational and interpersonal skills developed during my nursing carrier, both caring for patients and in management, have uniquely prepared me to excel in the world of real estate. I am now an Associate Broker with Windermere Real Estate Co. on Sand Point Way. Our office is conveniently located approximately .5 miles north of Children's Hospital and Medical Center next to City People`s Merchantile. |

| Qualifications and Training |
| Experience counts in real estate, and I have learned something from each of the hundreds of transactions I have been involved with. Education to stay on top of the latest real estate developments also counts. I have added to my qualifications with a Broker’s license in 2004, and annual continuing education to stay on top of Seattle's maket treands. I know the neighborhoods, the public and private school offerings, and of course the best restaurants in the Northwest!
